Hey there!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I know I did. My husband and I attended a wedding, and it was beautiful. You could tell they were deeply in love, nothing better than watching two people get married.
Of course, the setting was perfect, and the rain held out.
After a fun day at the wedding, we stopped off at the Lady Luck Casino (which didn't offer us much luck at all!) Nonetheless, it was a great weekend.
How was your weekend?
Have you checked out the latest Fool's Gold Book? If not, you can pick it up here from Amazon.com or here from Barnes and Noble.

Glad you had a nice weekend Dollie. I did too. Went to a casino near us in CT for a few hours on Friday night and Lady Luck shined on both me and hubby which is always nice and doesn't happen all the time. Saturday we visited with friends to offer comfort - within 2 weeks she lost both her mom and dad and just can't wrap her hands around it. Sunday spent a few hours at the beach with my son and my sister and her family. This weekend is my son's graduation party - he graduated college in mid May.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to read Two of a Kind - the next book in the Fool's Gold series.
I spent the weekend with my girl scouts beautifying the middle school they will attend next year. It was 90 degrees this weekend, so we were all pretty dirty and sweaty by the time we were done. My FG tattoo was toast after as well :-) I'm anxiously awaiting my copy of Two of a Kind so I can finally read about the mysterious Gideon. Did you see him at the wedding? ;-)
ReplyDeleteGreat weekend here too. I feel like Lesley anxiously awaiting Two of a Kind! It's always a good weekend for a book of Susan's.
ReplyDeleteMust be a wedding weekend :) I made the wedding cake and grooms cake for a friend of mine daughter . I was an old fashion wedding outside in front of her grand daddy's barn . It was beautiful (after the rain stopped
ReplyDeleteWe had a crazy weekend with the toddler. I also made dinners for a friend that just had shoulder surgery and who's mother-in-law is in ICU. It was busy and went so fast!!!! I can't wait to get my grubby paws on Two of a Kind
ReplyDeleteWe had a wedding this weekend, had a lot of fun. Then had to go to a performance for my daughters competition dance team. Then relaxed and did laundry (I feel like it multiplies on its own as it sits in baskets!!! lol) Im with Kerri, cant wait to get ahold of Two of a Kind!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Dollie...We had a good weekend as well, my wonderful daughter and I share an apartment with her two furry babies Bandit and Lily. We just moved into our new apartment community, it has wonderful walking paths for me to walk the doggies. My daughter had a Scentsy event on Saturday and on Sunday while running some errands we put bookmarkers in JUST ONE KISS! It was great! I agree Shannon, I think the laundry does mutiplies and there is only two of us!
ReplyDeleteWhat? There was a weekend? It came and went so fast I couldn't tell. LOL. I went to Houston and did some cheering there. June is a great month for weddings, it seems. I flew to California last June for my cousins wedding. That was beautiful. Looking forward to Two of a Kind along with everyone else!
